Order at least 3-5 business days in advance—a week or two is better. Please wait until you’re ready for your book cover to order, as I’ll need details from you, like the book title, author name, and basic descriptions of what you want.
Generally, yes! I’ve made covers in almost every genre, especially romance. Covers I’ve designed have trended in the top 100 of the various lists, including: contemporary romance, gay romance, bisexual romance, paranormal romance, and more! If you’re not sure if a cover might be my style, you can email me by clicking “contact me” on the left.
I don’t book a calendar in advance, and instead take my orders as they come. I prefer not to book more than 45 days in advance of a due date, and would rather clients wait until they have all the information for their order before placing it. If you’re worried about deadlines, go ahead and email me 2-3 weeks out and I’ll let you know what my schedule looks like!
Otherwise, I’m generally available unless otherwise stated, except on major American holidays or weekends.
Once an order has been worked on and a cover created, full refunds aren’t available. I prefer to work with clients if they’re unhappy, but can offer a partial refund if necessary. If you’re worried about not liking your cover, I suggest a) booking a complex or advanced cover so more revisions are available, and b) making sure to send me examples of covers you like and stock photos you prefer.
It’s also helpful to know what covers you like in my portfolio, and what covers you don’t so I can avoid any pitfalls.
All orders must be paid for 100% upfront prior to being worked on. That’s because once you checkout, you’ll be asked for all the details for your order, and I’ll begin working on it ASAP!
If you’re not sure if you’re ready to order, you can go ahead and email me with any questions. In general I don’t reserve dates with 50% deposits upfront and prefer to just wait until a client is completely ready and committed before going ahead with any work.
I can do any interior formatting for you, regardless of whether you ordered the paperback cover from me or not.
As far as making wraparound based on another designer’s work—I prefer not to, as a) the other designer may not appreciate it and b) if I don’t have the Photoshop file, making the cover conform to print specifications is difficult if not impossible. That said, if you made the cover yourself or have permission from the designer and a PSD file available, I may be able to work something out.
I do not offer discounts for bulk ordering at this time. I do however offer discounts if paperback interiors, covers, and ebooks are ordered all together.
And keep a lookout in the future for coupons on ebook series orders coming in 2017!

Thank you so much! To credit me as your designer, you can put “Cover Designed by Silver Heart Publishing” in the front matter of your ebook, right around where the copyright page or dedication goes.
